About Me
Reclaiming What Was Lost
This work began with a whisper—a question I couldn't ignore.
Curiosity became a calling—not just to trace my bloodlines, but to reclaim a history that had been stolen, silenced, and fractured by migration.
I wasn't looking for legal documents. I was looking for belonging.
From Personal Search to Shared Mission
As I uncovered pieces of my family's history—crossing borders, languages, and generations—I realized how many others were carrying the same aching questions.
This work is about more than genealogy. It's about ancestral reclamation—the process of restoring connection to people, places, and truths that may have been erased, denied, or simply lost.
That's why I created Legado—legacy.
I want to help others walk this path — whether you're tracing your heritage for cultural identity, emotional healing, or simply to find the first true record of someone who came before you.
What I Bring to This Work
I'm a healer—first of bodies, and now of broken histories.
As a trained physician, I bring rigor to my research. I've spent decades learning how to navigate archives, decipher handwritten documents in multiple languages, and follow historical threads unraveled by the hands of time.
Most of all, I bring care.
I do this work with reverence. Because it's about identity, memory, and sometimes, grief.
Whether you're seeking answers for yourself, for your children, or for those who came before—I hold that work with respect.
Who I Work With
I work with people who are:
If your story begins with, "I'm not sure where to start…" — you're in the right place.
Let's Begin
The first step is often the hardest. If you're ready to trace your family's path — or just open the door to what might be there—I'd be honored to help.
